Requirements
- Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility)
- Graduation from an accredited PT program
- Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
- Create individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
- Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
- Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies
- Educate clients and families to support long-term success
- Document care using our intuitive EMR system
