About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT). This role offers more control over your schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to increase income based on productivity. The coverage area is Ocala/Marion County, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position emphasizes a 4-day flexible schedule and 1:1 patient care in the home.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
- Complete documentation using streamlined technology
