PRN Physical Therapist - Outpatient
About The Position
Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic care in Dickson, Tennessee. The role is suited to recent graduates and experienced clinicians who want to help patients recover movement and return to the activities they love. The position may provide as-needed coverage at one clinic or float among multiple clinics in the surrounding area. The PRN schedule is 1–19 hours per week, with weekday, morning, evening, and weekend availability. The clinician will develop individualized, evidence-based care plans and deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy. The role involves collaboration with peers and building lasting connections with patients and local providers. Upstream offers a national network with local-clinic support, including central teams that handle administrative work, and education and development programs. A generative AI documentation scribe is planned for 2026 to generate compliant clinical documentation in real time. Estimated pay is $50.00–$55.00 per hour. Pay ranges depend on factors such as pay class, experience, background, and clinic location. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
- Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
