About The Position
Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring PRN Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedic care in Springfield, Tennessee. The role offers a collaborative clinical environment, competitive hourly compensation, and opportunities to develop a career in outpatient physical therapy. Clinicians may provide as-needed coverage at one location or float among multiple clinics in the surrounding area. The position is scheduled for 1–19 hours per week, with weekday, morning, evening, and weekend availability. Upstream Rehabilitation provides central administrative support so clinicians can focus on patients and their teams. Its network includes more than 1,200 clinics across 26 brand partners, and it uses data, technology, and innovative tools to support clinical outcomes and reduce administrative burden. Starting in 2026, clinicians are supported by a generative AI documentation scribe designed to generate compliant clinical documentation in real time.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
- Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one.
