About The Position
Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a PRN outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist in Nolensville, Tennessee. The role supports patients in recovering movement and returning to activities they enjoy, in a collaborative clinical environment. The therapist may provide as-needed coverage at one clinic or float among locations in the Nolensville and Franklin areas. The position offers $50.00–$55.00 per hour and may provide an opportunity to transition to a full-time or part-time role. Upstream's central support teams handle administrative work, while clinicians focus on patient care. The organization also describes access to a Generative AI Documentation Scribe for compliant, real-time clinical documentation, new for 2026.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
- Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
Responsibilities
- Provide PRN coverage at a single location or float across multiple clinic locations in the Nolensville and Franklin areas.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients.
