About The Position

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient and caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed. This is a part-time PRN position at Ludington Hospital, with four scheduled hours and a day shift.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Michigan Physical Therapist license required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within 90 days.
• Michigan driver's license required upon hire for Home Care Business Lines.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree.
• Six months of relevant experience.
