About The Position

Compensation is $80,000–$110,000, inclusive of productivity incentives, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Additional compensation opportunities are available for certifications and location differentials. Eligible clinicians may receive up to $25,000 in student loan repayment through the LIFT program.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist, or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care.
- Deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment and education.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes.
