About The Position

Results Physiotherapy (Ascension Saint Thomas), part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring outpatient physical therapists for a new orthopedic clinic in Clarksville, Tennessee. This is an opportunity to help establish the clinic’s culture, build community relationships, and provide outpatient orthopedic care, with support from an established therapy organization. The clinic offers full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules and welcomes new graduates as well as experienced clinicians. Physical therapists develop individualized, evidence-based care plans, deliver outcomes-driven therapy, collaborate with colleagues, connect with patients and local providers, and pursue ongoing learning and professional development. Support includes structured onboarding, a gradual 12-week ramp-up for new graduates, a 12-month one-on-one mentorship program, residency and fellowship programs, continuing education, and career advancement pathways. Upstream also provides administrative support and, beginning in 2026, a generative AI documentation scribe intended to create compliant clinical documentation in real time. The stated compensation range is $78,000–$95,000 or more per year, negotiable based on experience and other factors. A sign-on bonus may be available for full-time hires. Requirements

Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent.
Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
