About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic specializing in both neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation. Our model is built on true 1:1 patient care, allowing clinicians to provide high-quality, individualized treatment without the pressure of high-volume scheduling. This position is ideal for PTs who are passionate about complex cases, collaborative care, and evidence‑based practice.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy is required.
• Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida is required
• BLS from American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

• Neurologic rehab experience/ NCS certification/ Neurologic residency
• GCS/ Geriatric Certification
• Vestibular experience/ and or certification
• Lymphedema Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy to patients with a mix of neurological and orthopedic diagnoses.
• Evaluate and treat patients with conditions such as stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s disease, balance/vestibular disorders, postoperative orthopedic cases, sports injuries, spine dysfunction, and chronic pain.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals, functional needs, and clinical findings.
• Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re‑education, gait training, manual therapy, balance retraining, and task-specific motor learning.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, safety, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Communicate and collaborate with referring providers, interdisciplinary team members, and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support high-quality continuity of care.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and fellow rehab professionals.
