About The Position

Cape Cod Rehab is growing and hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedics position in Osterville, Massachusetts. Full-time is preferred, and new graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply. Every new hire receives dedicated mentorship and support from day one. You will treat a diverse general orthopedic caseload that includes pre and post-operative patients as well as individuals seeking conditioning and injury prevention support across a wide range of fitness levels. Additional clinical focus areas include balance, vestibular rehabilitation, and sports physical therapy. Full-time PTs can expect a caseload of approximately 11 to 12 patients per day.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent standing is required
  • Eligible for Massachusetts state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is preferred
  • Part-time candidates with a minimum of 16 hours and two weekdays of availability will also be considered
