About The Position

Flaherty Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative and supportive team in Northborough, MA. This full-time position (40 hours/week preferred, 32 hours/week considered) offers flexibility with both Pelvic Health and General Orthopedics caseload options. The ideal candidate is a friendly, patient-centered clinician with strong communication skills. New graduate PTs are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and hands-on training. The clinic provides 1:1 treatment sessions with 40-minute appointments and opportunities to develop specialties and pursue advanced certifications.

Requirements

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
• State license as a Physical Therapist.
• Eligible for Massachusetts state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week) preferred.
• Clinicians available for at least 32 hours per week will also be considered.
• Flexibility with both Pelvic Health and General Orthopedics caseload options.
• New graduate PTs are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Manage general orthopedic caseloads with pelvic health opportunities.
• Provide 1:1 treatment sessions with 40-minute appointments.
• Develop specialties and pursue advanced certifications.
