Physical Therapist - Outpatient - License Required
About The Position
Orthopedic and Spine Therapy is hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for their outpatient clinic in Lakewood, Wisconsin. New graduates are welcome, and the ideal candidate has a passion for orthopedics, a warm and friendly personality, a growth mindset, and an appreciation for the outdoors. For partners looking to relocate together, there may be an opportunity to hire two people in various roles at this clinic. You will treat a general orthopedic caseload with an emphasis on hips, knees, and shoulders. Approximately 60 to 70 percent of the caseload is Medicare. PTs can expect to see 11 to 14 patients per day, with one-hour evaluation sessions and 40-minute follow-up appointments. There is also potential to develop and grow a specialty treatment area based on your professional interests. You will join a highly experienced team of Physical Therapists in a collaborative environment focused on continuity of care from initial evaluation through discharge.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent standing is required.
- Must be eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- State license as a Physical Therapist is required.
