About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation's innovative Emerging Professionals Mentor Program is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists looking for a blend of mentorship and independence to launch their careers. FOX Rehabilitation was founded in 1998 and was the first private practice in the U.S. to provide outpatient services in a home setting, offering clinicians flexibility and autonomy while ensuring top-tier, 1:1 patient care. FOX is a nationally recognized organization with over 4,000 PTs, OTs, and SLPs, and is still growing.
Requirements
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in PA
- Graduate from an accredited PT program
- Current CPR Certification
- Exceptional patient service delivery
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
- Desire to develop professionally
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Basic computer literacy
Nice To Haves
- No prior in home or home health experience required
Responsibilities
- Treat patients in a rewarding setting that provides training, support, and mentorship.
- Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average, focusing on delivering exceptional care.
- Provide high-quality, individualized 1:1 treatment with 60-minute sessions.
- Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services in various settings including home and senior living communities.
- Achieve clinical excellence and professional fulfillment.
