About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists for their Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence to launch a career in revolutionizing care for older adults. Requirements

Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in PA
Graduate from an accredited PT program
Current CPR Certification
Exceptional patient service delivery
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
Desire to develop professionally
Passion for patient-centered care
Basic computer literacy

Nice To Haves

No prior in home or home health experience required

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 patient care with 60-minute sessions.
Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
Deliver high-quality, individualized treatment.
Set your own flexible schedule, with no nights or weekends required.
Treat patients in a rewarding setting that provides training, support, and mentorship.
