About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists for their Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, aiming to launch careers in revolutionizing care for older adults. The program provides support to help professionals become confident, successful, and well-rounded. FOX Rehabilitation, founded in 1998, was the first private practice in the U.S. to provide outpatient services in a home setting, offering clinicians flexibility and autonomy while ensuring 1:1 patient care. They are a nationally recognized organization with over 4,000 PTs, OTs, and SLPs.
Requirements
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in PA
- Graduate from an accredited PT program
- Current CPR Certification
- Exceptional patient service delivery
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
- Desire to develop professionally
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Basic computer literacy
Nice To Haves
- No prior in home or home health experience required
Responsibilities
- Treat patients in a rewarding setting with training, support, and mentorship.
- Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
- Provide high-quality, individualized treatment with 60-minute sessions.
- Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services in various settings including acute, post-acute, home, senior living communities, and outpatient.
