About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists for their Emerging Professionals Mentor Program in Greater Hagerstown, MD. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, aiming to revolutionize care for older adults. Founded in 1998, FOX was the first private practice in the U.S. to provide outpatient services in a home setting, offering clinicians flexibility and autonomy while ensuring 1:1 patient care. FOX is a nationally recognized organization with over 4,000 PTs, OTs, and SLPs and is still growing.
Requirements
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in MD.
- Graduate from an accredited PT program.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Exceptional patient service delivery.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
- A desire to develop professionally.
- A passion for patient-centered care.
- Basic computer literacy.
Nice To Haves
- No prior in home or home health experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, individualized treatment with 1:1 care and 60-minute sessions.
- Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
- Deliver exceptional patient service.
- Demonstrate clinical excellence and a desire to develop professionally.
- Provide evidence-based rehabilitation services in the home setting.
