About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Occupational Therapists for their innovative Emerging Professionals Mentor Program in the Greater Annapolis, MD area. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, providing support to become a confident, successful, and well-rounded professional. FOX Rehabilitation, founded in 1998, was the first private practice in the U.S. to provide outpatient services in a home setting, emphasizing flexibility, autonomy, and top-tier, 1:1 patient care. The organization is nationally recognized and continues to grow, employing over 4,000 PTs, OTs, and SLPs.

Requirements

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Occupational Therapist in MD.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
• Desire to develop professionally.
• Passion for patient-centered care.
• Basic computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

• No prior in home or home health experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized treatment with 1:1 care and 60-minute sessions.
• Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
• Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a dedicated mentor and participate in hands-on training.
• Set a flexible schedule with no nights or weekends required.
