About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists for their Emerging Professionals Mentor Program in Greater White Marsh, MD. This program offers mentorship and hands-on training to help new graduates become confident and successful clinicians. FOX Rehabilitation was founded in 1998 and is a nationally recognized organization providing outpatient services in a home setting, focusing on 1:1 patient care for older adults. The role offers a manageable caseload of 6-8 patients per day with 60-minute sessions, a flexible schedule with no nights or weekends required, and opportunities for additional income through referral bonuses. Requirements
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in MD.
- Graduate from an accredited PT program.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Exceptional patient service delivery.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
- Desire to develop professionally.
- Passion for patient-centered care.
- Basic computer literacy.
Nice To Haves
- No prior in home or home health experience required.
Responsibilities
