Requirements

Current Missouri Physical Therapist license
Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Strong clinical and communication skills
Professional, dependable and compassionate approach
Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team

Responsibilities

Provide individualized physical therapy services to patients
Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, function and positioning
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as appropriate
Collaborate with physicians, nursing, families and other members of the healthcare team
Provide patient and family education
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Participate in care planning and discharge planning
Support restorative and functional maintenance programs
Supervise and collaborate with PTAs as appropriate
