Concept Rehab, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dependable Physical Therapist (PT) to join their team in Ozark, Missouri. This is a PRN (as needed) position offering flexibility for therapists who want to pick up additional hours, maintain a flexible schedule, or enjoy the freedom of PRN work while being part of a supportive therapy team. Requirements
- Current Missouri Physical Therapist license
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Professional, dependable and compassionate approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
- Commitment to quality patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized physical therapy services to patients
- Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, function and positioning
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, families and other members of the healthcare team
- Provide patient and family education
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in care planning and discharge planning
- Support restorative and functional maintenance programs
- Supervise and collaborate with PTAs as appropriate
