About The Position
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Ozark, Missouri on a PRN basis. This is a great opportunity for a PTA seeking flexible scheduling while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and residents.
Requirements
- Current Missouri PTA license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, balance, transfers, and functional activities
- Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
