About The Position

Integrity Rehab Group is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their new partnership with Front Royal Family Practice. This role will provide outpatient services to the Front Royal community, focusing on a remarkable patient experience through coordinated, patient-centered care and evidence-based treatment. The position emphasizes building relationships with physician partners to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and foster a positive healing atmosphere, while promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements

Current or pending PT license
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
CPR certified

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services.
Coordinate patient-centered care.
Implement comprehensive evidence-based treatment.
Build integral relationships with physician partners.
Strive to provide exceptional patient outcomes.

Interact with physicians, including clinic shadowing and surgery observation.
