About The Position
Integrity Rehab Group is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join their team at Fairfax Family Practice/Family Medicine of Clifton Centreville. This role will provide outpatient family medicine therapy services to the community, focusing on delivering a remarkable patient experience through coordinated, patient-centered care and evidence-based treatment. The position emphasizes building strong relationships with physician partners to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and foster a positive healing environment, alongside a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere.
Requirements
- Current or pending PT license
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- CPR certified
