About The Position

Integrity Rehab Group is partnering with Front Royal Family Practice to provide outpatient physical therapy services to the Front Royal community. We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist committed to delivering a remarkable patient experience through coordinated, patient-centered care and evidence-based treatment. This role involves building strong relationships with physician partners to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and foster a positive healing environment, while promoting a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere.

Requirements

Current or pending PT license
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
CPR certified

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services.
Coordinate patient-centered care.
Implement comprehensive evidence-based treatment.
Build integral relationships with physician partners.

Engage in opportunities for physician interaction, including clinic shadowing and surgery observation.
