About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner in Long Branch, New Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with a voice in location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Before the clinic launches, extensive training will be provided in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, and community outreach. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will offer guidance and support.

Requirements

Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
Ability to manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
Skills in leadership and team development.
Proficiency in recruiting and interviewing.
Experience in community outreach and referral growth.
Commitment to building culture and retaining teammates.

Nice To Haves

Experience opening or managing an outpatient therapy clinic.
Experience with ScribeIQ or similar AI documentation tools.
Familiarity with Ivy Rehab's business model and support systems.
