About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. Before launch, extensive training will be provided in leadership, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders will offer support throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner.
Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
Have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
Train and develop skills in leadership, team development, recruiting, interviewing, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and referral growth.
Work closely with experienced leaders for support.
Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
Participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs).
