About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to join their dedicated team and open their own clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a startup clinic in South Amboy, New Jersey, with the full support of a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. The program includes extensive training in leadership, team development, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building, ensuring partners feel confident and supported. This is a unique opportunity to shape a clinic's location, culture, team, and patient experience while directly benefiting from the clinic's success through equity ownership.

Requirements

Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
