About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist at its Royal Palm Beach, Florida location. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with starting compensation of $85,000 per year; starting salary increases with experience. The position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and an indefinite student debt benefit program.

The therapist will evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient care while supporting an exceptional patient experience and helping patients return to athletics, work, and everyday activities. The position includes mentorship and orientation, continuing education opportunities, paid national certifications, and opportunities to pursue specialties and internal movement across the company's centers.

Requirements

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited physical therapy school.
• Hold a valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Have CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
