About The Position
Select Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist at its West Palm Beach location. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, documenting care, and conducting post-offer employment testing (POET). The position offers a schedule of Monday through Friday, with the specific schedule to be determined, and compensation of $80,000–$95,000 per year depending on experience. An incentive of up to $20,000 is available as a sign-on bonus, and an indefinite student debt benefit program is offered. Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
- Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
- Conduct patient evaluation, treatment, and post-offer employment testing (POET).
