About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist to provide patient care at locations in West Palm Beach and Lake Worth, Florida. The position requires travel between the two locations. The therapist will evaluate and treat patients, direct and document treatment, and support an exceptional patient experience. The role offers mentorship and orientation, continuing education and paid national certifications, opportunities to explore clinical specialties, and a clinical advancement program with bonus incentives. Compensation is $78,000–$95,000 per year, pending experience, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus. An indefinite student loan debt benefit program is also available as an option.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
