About The Position
This is a 13-week assignment for a Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility. The role involves evaluating, treating, and monitoring residents to enhance their mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall functional independence. The Physical Therapist will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license for the applicable state
- Current BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility techniques
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and document patient progress
- Excellent communication, time-management, and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience
- Previous skilled nursing facility experience
