About The Position
Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS) is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide inpatient acute care therapy in Sebring, Florida, in partnership with AdventHealth. The caseload primarily includes patients with neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions. Therapists work as part of a cohesive multidisciplinary team, and all treatments are one-on-one and patient-focused. TPS emphasizes a therapist-first approach, appropriate caseloads, time devoted to patient care, professional growth, and collaboration with AdventHealth colleagues, referral sources, and surgeons to support personalized treatment. The company offers career development pathways that may include clinical instruction, clinic leadership, operations leadership, or launching a new facility. Clinical development resources include mentorship, advanced training and certifications, OCS preparation, and an orthopedic residency program.
Requirements
- Graduate, or be a current or pending graduate, of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Hold an active or pending state physical therapist license.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one inpatient acute care physical therapy to patients with neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary AdventHealth colleagues, referral sources, and surgeons to support coordinated, personalized patient care.
- Manage an appropriate caseload while maintaining a focus on time in patient care.
- Pursue clinical and professional development opportunities aligned with individual interests and goals.
