About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), a therapist-owned and operated company, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to provide inpatient acute care services in Sebring, Florida, in partnership with AdventHealth. The caseload primarily includes patients with neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions. Treatments are one-on-one, patient-focused, and delivered as part of a cohesive multidisciplinary team. The role involves collaborating with AdventHealth colleagues, physicians, and surgeons to support coordinated, personalized care. TPS emphasizes a therapist-first environment, appropriate caseloads, and professional growth. Clinicians may pursue varied clinical career paths and participate in mentorship, advanced training, certifications, OCS preparation, or the TPS Orthopedic Residency Program.

Requirements

• Graduate, or be currently or imminently graduating, from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Hold an active or pending state physical therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, patient-focused inpatient therapy services.
• Treat patients with neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Collaborate with AdventHealth colleagues, physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop coordinated, personalized care.
• Participate in professional and clinical development opportunities as aligned with career interests.
