About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for its Outpatient Internal Travel Program, based in Arlington, Virginia. The program offers assignments in participating states, with six-month assignments and a one- or two-year commitment. It provides opportunities to work in different communities and outpatient clinical settings while advancing clinical expertise through mentorship, specialized training, education and certification programs, and the Outpatient Clinical Advancement Program (OP-CAP).

The position offers a $90,000 base salary, a potential $5,000 sign-on bonus, up to $40,000 in completion bonuses, and $350 per month in student loan relief. Benefits include medical coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k).

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training, and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate and treat patients, direct treatment, and document treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
