About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist for its Internal Travel Program, based in Seffner, Florida. The program offers assignments across participating states, with six-month assignments and a one- or two-year commitment. It is designed to provide opportunities to work in diverse communities, develop clinical expertise, and make a difference in patients’ lives. The position is full-time and offers a $90,000 base salary, a potential $5,000 sign-on bonus, up to $40,000 in completion bonuses, and $350 per month in student loan assistance. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training, and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
