About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for its Outpatient Internal Travel Program in Fountain, Colorado. The program offers the opportunity to work in diverse communities and regions, develop clinical expertise, and make a difference in patients’ lives. Participants receive mentorship, specialized training, exposure to multiple clinical settings, and access to education and certification programs and the Outpatient Clinical Advancement Program (OP-CAP). The role offers a $90,000 base salary, a potential $5,000 sign-on bonus, up to $40,000 in completion bonuses, and $350 per month in student loan relief. The program involves a one- or two-year commitment, with six-month assignments. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients; direct and document treatment.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
