About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for its Outpatient Internal Travel Program, based in Lakewood, Colorado. The program offers assignments across participating states, with six-month placements and a one- or two-year commitment. It is intended to provide exposure to diverse communities and clinical settings while supporting clinical expertise and career growth through mentorship, specialized training, education and certification programs, and the Outpatient Clinical Advancement Program (OP-CAP). The position offers a $90,000 base salary, a potential $5,000 sign-on bonus, up to $40,000 in completion bonuses, and $350 per month in student loan relief. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training, and maintain compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
