About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for its Outpatient Internal Travel Program, based in Arlington, Virginia. The full-time role offers a $90,000 base salary, potential bonuses of up to $45,000, and $350 per month in student loan assistance. The program involves a one- or two-year commitment, with six-month assignments in participating states, providing opportunities to work in diverse communities and outpatient clinical settings while developing clinical expertise. The program offers mentorship, specialized training, education and certification programs, and access to the Outpatient Clinical Advancement Program (OP-CAP). The position focuses on evaluating and treating patients, documenting care, communicating with colleagues and patients, and complying with applicable regulations and training requirements.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
