Requirements
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state.
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Eagerness to grow & learn.
- Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.).
- Team player.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
- Pursue multiple professional tracks, including new-grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
- Engage in clinical career ladder development and achieve clinical accomplishments.
- Participate in the internal travel program.
- Potentially open and operate own clinic(s) with equity.
- Engage in multiple residency and specialty programs.
- Provide complementary therapy services at any of our clinics for Ivy teammates & their dependents.
- Pursue continuing education opportunities.
