PATHWAYS OTP Pathways is an accredited Opiate Treatment Program that provides MAT (primarily methadone), individual therapy, group counseling, psycho-educational groups, individualized treatment planning, recovery coaching, and ongoing assessment and referrals. This role involves providing assessment and treatment interventions consistent with the program model, conducting clinical and risk assessments, and collaborating with individuals to create individualized, person-centered treatment plans. The therapist will demonstrate competency in age-related or specialty issues and developmental needs for each population served, and work with clients to develop appropriate discharge plans utilizing natural support. Maintaining collaborative relationships with family members and other service providers, providing crisis assessment and intervention, and potentially providing care in various settings (office, home, residential, community-based) are key aspects of the role. The position also requires maintaining client and staff records, providing coverage for team members, participating in supervision and meetings, and potentially transporting clients. Participation in required training and EBP certification is also expected. In residential programs, therapists prioritize safety and physical presence, participating as full members of the milieu.
