About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist for their outpatient orthopedic clinic in Highland, NY. As a clinician, you will work with patients of varying ages and diagnoses, with a focus on individualized, patient-centered care. Requirements
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state.
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Eagerness to grow & learn.
- Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.).
- Team player.
Responsibilities
- Work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on clinic specialty.
- Provide individualized, patient-centered treatment sessions.
- Collaborate with and be mentored by other clinicians.
- Maintain autonomy and pursue growth specific to individual passions and expertise.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
- Participate in continuous improvement of patient outcomes and access.
- Invest in the best technology to support teammates and patients.
