About The Position

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient and caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed. This is a part-time PRN position in the Rehab Resource Pool at Greenville Hospital, with variable shifts and variable weekend scheduling. Scheduled hours are 4 per week; hours of work are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday through Sunday.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Michigan Physical Therapist license required upon hire.
• For the Home Care business line, Michigan driver’s license required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within 90 days.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Six months of relevant experience preferred.
