About The Position

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient and caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed. This part-time PRN position is based at Greenville Hospital and is scheduled for four hours weekly. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with days worked Saturday to Sunday and variable weekend frequency. Shifts are variable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Michigan Physical Therapist license required upon hire.
• Michigan driver's license required upon hire for Home Care Business Lines.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within 90 days.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred.
• Six months of relevant experience preferred.
