About The Position

PhysioTherapy Professionals, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for their outpatient clinic in Springfield, IL. This is a private practice setting, not corporate, offering a collaborative environment with clinic owners for direct mentorship and professional development. The role involves providing outpatient orthopedic care to patients of all ages. Opportunities exist to specialize in women's health, dry needling, and manual therapy, with support for developing expertise and attaining certifications. There are no productivity quotas. Full-time Physical Therapists typically see 12 to 15 patients per day, with initial evaluations lasting one hour and follow-up sessions lasting 30 minutes. Full-time is preferred (40 hours/week), but part-time availability (12 hours over 2 weekdays) is also welcome. New graduate Physical Therapists will receive support and mentorship.

Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (or equivalent standing).
State license as a Physical Therapist (eligible for IL state licensure).
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) preferred.
Part-time availability (12 hours over 2 weekdays) considered.
Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Nice To Haves

Prior outpatient ortho experience.
Interest in specializing in women's health, dry needling, and manual therapy.
