About The Position
The agency is hiring licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants for part-time, hourly work in Aina Haina, O'ahu, Hawaii. The Medicare-certified home health agency focuses on fall prevention, mobility, and helping seniors remain safe and independent at home. The role provides in-home physical therapy and community-based care. Pay is $80.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Reliable transportation is required.
Requirements
- Current Hawaii license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
- At least one year of clinical experience; home health experience is preferred.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
- Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments.
- Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team.
