About The Position

Saco Bay PT is launching a new outpatient physical therapy center in Waterville, Maine, scheduled to open in July 2026. The Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager will oversee the center’s daily operations, support business growth, and foster a culture of excellence. This is an opportunity to help build a new clinic, lead a team, and contribute to patient care and the local community. The role includes partnering with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers; developing physician relationships and patient portfolios; and growing a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, with a salary of $80,000 to $110,000 based on experience. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and student debt repayment are offered.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
Valid state Physical Therapist license required to start.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
Use local community networks to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Help grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
Expand and develop a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
Participate in continuing education opportunities.
