About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT). This role offers more control over your schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to increase your income based on productivity. The coverage area is Ocala / Marion County, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position offers a pay-per-visit model with a base rate plus Medicare differential pay, with average modified full-time earnings of $120,000+. There are also quarterly bonus opportunities, mileage reimbursement, and a data plan stipend. The company provides consistent patient volume. Therapists choose Concierge Home Care for its flexibility and autonomy, allowing them to create and manage their own schedules with no required weekends or holidays (though optional flexibility is available). There are no hospital shifts or 12-hour rotations, providing greater control over work-life balance. The company utilizes AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) to reduce documentation time, allowing more time with patients. They also offer structured onboarding, mentorship, preceptorship with experienced clinicians, ongoing training and development, free CEUs, and career advancement opportunities. Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license
  • Valid driver’s license
