The coverage area is Ocala / Marion County, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position offers a pay-per-visit model with a base rate plus Medicare differential pay, with average modified full-time earnings of $120,000+. There are also quarterly bonus opportunities, mileage reimbursement, and a data plan stipend. The company provides consistent patient volume. Therapists choose Concierge Home Care for its flexibility and autonomy, allowing them to create and manage their own schedules with no required weekends or holidays (though optional flexibility is available).
