Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) in the Gainesville area. This role offers more control over your schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to increase your income based on productivity. The coverage area includes Gainesville/Alachua County, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position emphasizes flexibility and autonomy, with no weekends or holidays required (though optional flexibility is available), and no hospital shifts or 12-hour rotations, allowing for greater control over work-life balance. The company utilizes technology such as AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) to reduce documentation time, enabling therapists to spend more time with patients. There is a strong focus on growth and clinical support, including structured onboarding, mentorship, preceptorship, ongoing training, free CEUs, and career advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Complete documentation using streamlined technology
