About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT). This role offers more control over your schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to increase your income based on productivity. The coverage area is Winderemere/ West Orange County, FL, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position utilizes a pay-per-visit model with potential for high earnings, mileage reimbursement, and a data plan stipend. Therapists benefit from flexibility and autonomy, with no weekends or holidays required (optional), no hospital shifts or 12-hour rotations, and greater control over work-life balance. The company provides technology such as AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) to reduce documentation time. Requirements

• Active, unencunmbered Florida Physical Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Complete documentation using streamlined technology
