About The Position
The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a nonprofit home health agency seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to join their expanding team. This role involves conducting initial patient assessments in the home setting, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, coordinating care with healthcare teams, and promoting patient mobility and independence through hands-on care. Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience preferred
